A developed country is a sovereign state that has a highly developed economy and advanced technological infrastructure. While debate is out there on what determines a, "developed country," you can analyze by level of industrialization, life expectancy, & HDI (Human Development Index).
The economy of Norway is mixed and ever growing since the start of industrial era. Norway’s GDP is $277.1 billion and $55,009 per capita, and even a life expectancy of 80!
This country has its faults, too.
Its not very safe, its colder than most, and settling there wont be easy either. Be happy with where you are! Unless you are in a really bad place..
